2.What's the difference between air pellet stoves and hydro pellet stoves？

a.Air pellet stove has  the advantages of quick heating, high efficiency, easy to install

b.Hydro pellet stove heat up relatively slowly,but heating area, thermal efficiency are higher than air pellet stove

c.Hydro pellet stove is higher comfort for heating,the room is relatively dry if you use air pellet stove.

d.Hydro pellet stove cost higher,it also need to be used in combination with radiators.

3.What color pellet stoves can I buy？

HEYING can provide you with the color spray paint for the side panel.You can choose four colors such as black,bed ,gray and white.

4.What should I pay attention to when using it?

Your pellet stove works independent of the room air. Negative pressures in the room is not permissible. The use of a safety device (e.g. differential pressure controller) in combination with room air facilities (e.g. ventilation system, exhaust extraction etc.) is stipulated.

5.How to clean glass?

The best way to clean the glass is using a damp cloth with small amount of ash from the firebox. Stubborn dirt can be removed using a special cleaner that can be purchased from your stove dealer.

6.Is your company's cigarette pipe CE certified?

You can rest assured that our products have passed the CE certification and meet the regulations and requirements of the government

7.What is your standard for smoke emission?

This heater was tested for EPA emissions. The fuel used for test run was premium-grade Pellets(Marthwood) , the test result is : Particulate Emissions : 0.769g/hr , Carbon Monoxide Emissions : 0.00 g/hr . This emission rate meets the EPArequirements.

1.Where do I buy spare parts for my stove? 

We can provide all the relevant spare parts of our pellet stoves, In container will have 5% free spare parts.   

2.Can you accept OED/ODM? 

Yes,we can print the logo on the product and package if you need,it is free for containers.  

3.What is your GUARANTEE TIME? 

It is 6 years.  

4.Do you have other ADDITIONAL SERVICE? 

YES.We can provide new model design and market suggestions. 

5.Can I visit your factory?  

Sure! You are warmly welcomed! We will arrange for pick up. Our nearest airport its Hangzhou or Shanghai airport.
